Carousel of Learning, Early Learning Center & Child Care was established in 1988 and has undergone many changes over the years, including a change in ownership.

We are a family-run, Early Learning Center & Child Care facility, owned and operated by a NJ State Certified Teacher with 37 years of experience working with children in the field of early childhood education. As a public-school Kindergarten Teacher for 21 years, our programming will prepare children for today's rigorous Kindergarten Classrooms. We were voted "Most Loved Preschool" in Morris County by Hulagrog!

It is a pleasure to say that we have an amazing, knowledgeable, dedicated staff who truly care about our children and families! They go above and beyond every day to ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of the children in our care. All classroom teachers hold degrees, certifications, or are currently education majors. All staff are also certified in Pediatric First Aid & CPR. We continually strive to develop professionally to be the best in our field!

Our Classrooms

Our classrooms have been updated with high-quality, educational, and developmentally appropriate materials. Calming colors adorn the walls, with only no VOC paints to update our interior. All of our interior doors have finger guards, to protect tiny fingers. Clear panel windows between rooms, allow for easy viewing into other classrooms.

We intentionally choose wood furniture and quality toys, in addition to other natural items and elements in our classrooms. We strive to have an eco-healthy center and are continually improving our choices to reflect this goal. Our water filtration system with reverse osmosis, provides the healthiest drinking water possible. Cleaning products and practices are continually being evaluated for both effectiveness and safety. Intentional choices and attention to detail in thoughtfully planned environments are just part of what makes our center great!

Carousel of Learning is conveniently located near Routes 202, 80, 10, 46, and 287!

Our stand-alone building is in a neighborhood setting, across the street from Lake Parsippany Elementary School. There is plenty of parking out front, for quick and easy arrivals and pick-ups. Our facility has individual exterior doors in each classroom, making emergency evacuations fast & safe. Classrooms are interconnected without hallways, which offer plenty of alternate exits. The proximity of classrooms to each other, also allows easy collaboration between classes and adds to the overall community feel within our school. Children's bathrooms are located inside the classrooms, so students can use them independently but still be easily assisted and supervised. Additionally, we have a direct entrance from the building, right into our playground areas.
